Services: In Home Functional Assessment

An In Home Functional Assessment assesses the client's ability to complete their activities of daily living, which may include personal care activities, caregiving activities or housekeeping/home maintenance activities. Sunshine Rehabilitation Services provides a detailed performance-based assessment in the client's home which includes a physical exam, history taking, physical tolerance testing and task analysis. Assistive devices may be recommended to facilitate the client's return to his/her optimum function.
